THE MILL CENTER FOR THE ARTS, in Hendersonville NC, is conceived as a compound of interwoven architectural and landscape spaces reflective of its heterogeneous user group. The proposal repurposes the existing mill buildings and knits the complex into the town with a series of small parks along the 4th Avenue greenway.
